NTA Releases Notice For NEET UG 2024 Re-Exam: The National Testing Agency has issued a notice for the re-examination of NEET UG 2024 exam. This re-examination will be conducted only for those 1563 candidates who were given grace marks. During the hearing yesterday, the Supreme Court cancelled the scorecards of these 1563 candidates. However, they were given the exemption that if they want, they can keep their original score without grace marks and if they do not want to give the re-examination, they can not give it.

The Supreme Court had sent a notice to NTA in which answers were sought to several questions related to NEET scam. NTA talked about conducting the exam again for those candidates who were given grace marks due to lack of time. Meanwhile, today the petition filed by two girls against NEET UG results will be heard in MP High Court.

Exam will be held on this day, this will be the timing

NEET UG re-exam will be conducted on Sunday, 30 June 2024. The exam was conducted on this day between 2 pm to 5.20 pm. NTA has also released the date of the expected result. According to this, the result of NEET re-exam can be released on 30 June 2024.

Candidates (out of 1563) who do not wish to appear for NEET UG re-exam can participate in counselling with their original score by removing the grace marks. However, for those students who decide to appear for the exam, their score in this exam will be final and the previous result will be cancelled. Whatever marks they get in this exam, be it more or less, will be final.

Admit card will be issued soon

NTA has also said that the admit cards for NEET UG re-exam will be released on the website soon. After the examination, the results will be declared and fresh scorecards can be checked from the website. For updates, you can visit NTA’s website nta.ac.in.

The paper pattern will be like this

NEET UG re-exam will also be on the lines of the first exam. Talking about the paper pattern, a total of 200 questions will be asked, out of which 180 are required to be answered. The exam will be of total 720 marks and the questions will be MCQ type. 3 hours 20 minutes will be given to solve the exam. The exam will be conducted offline. +4 marks will be given for the correct answer and -1 marks for the wrong answer.
